Orders
When you place an order you pay in full at checkout. We email a confirmation and, when it ships, a tracking link.
Pre-orders
A pre-order reserves your pair in our next production run. The dispatch date is an estimate; if we can't meet it we tell you before it passes and offer a new date or a full refund. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.
Shipping Protection
Optional and unticked by default. It covers a parcel stolen after delivery or damaged in transit; we replace it free. It is not a warranty and is refunded with your order if the order is cancelled before it ships.
Product images
Our images show the design of each jean as closely as we can. Denim wash and lace are cut and sewn by hand, so the pattern and shade can sit slightly differently from pair to pair.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by our checkout partner. Your statement shows the merchant as FURLONG.
