Cost

Free tracked shipping on every order, worldwide.

Pre-order (first run)

Every pair in our first run is made to order in a small batch and ships when the run is finished. We email your dispatch date as soon as it is set. If a date moves, we tell you straight away and offer a full refund.

Delivery

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email once the carrier has your parcel. It can take a day or two to show movement.

Shipping Protection (optional)

For US$4.99 at checkout, Shipping Protection covers a parcel that is stolen after it is marked delivered, or that arrives damaged. Email us with your order number and a photo or the carrier note, and we send a new pair free. Parcels lost in transit are always covered, with or without it.

Duties and taxes

Any import taxes for your country are shown at checkout or charged by your carrier, depending on where you live.

Lost or late parcels

If tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, email us. We chase the carrier and, if it's lost, send a replacement or refund.
